Contract Agreement
Congratulations on choosing Synergy DJ Crew for your wedding! We're excited to bring the beats and make your day unforgettable. Here's our official agreement:
Services Provided: Synergy DJ Crew will provide DJ services for your wedding event as outlined in the selected package.
Refund Policy:
Full Refund: A full refund is available if the event is canceled up to 30 days before the scheduled date.
Partial Refund: If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the event, an 80% refund will be provided.
Gas Fee: For locations 50 miles or more from San Diego, a gas fee may be applied. We promise not to charge you in 'gasps' but rather in a friendly fee.
Event Details: Please provide us with all necessary event details, including the date, time, location, and any special requests or preferences.
Payment Terms: A deposit of 20% cost of total package is due upon booking . We accept various forms of payment, from cash to Venmo, making it easier for you to party without worrying about how to pay.
Cancellation Policy: In case of unforeseen circumstances or changes to your event date, please notify us at least 7 days in advance to discuss rescheduling options.
Liability: Synergy DJ Crew is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused during the event except in cases of negligence on our part.
